El Dorado

In the 16th century Spanish explorers sailed to South America.
They listened to stories about El Dorado. El Dorado was an Indian
king. He lived in Colombia. Every year the Indians had a festival.
They covered El Dorado in gpld dust. He sailed to the middle of a
lake and dropped lots of gold treasure into the water. The Spanish explorers looked for El Dorado´s gold. It was impossible to find.

Atlantis

Atlantis was an island in the Atlantic Ocean. The king was Poseidon. He was the Greek god of the sea. He had ten sons. Poseidon and his sons lived in a beautiful temple on the island. The island was full of different animals and different types of food. For many years the people lived simple lives and were very happy. Then they wanted to be rich.They were greedy. Zeus, the king of the gods, was angry. He made a wave. The island disappeared under the sea.

Goddess Hera: Is the queen of the gods.
God Hefesto : Is the god of the fire and of the metallurgy.
Goddess Artemis: Is the goddess of the childbirth, the nature and the crops.
God Apolo:Is the god of the prophecy.
Goddess Atenea.
Goddess Afrodita :Is the goddess of the love and the beauty.
God Hades: Is the god of the dead men.
God Poseidon: Is the god of the sea.
God Ares:Is the god of the war.
God Hermes.
God Dioniso:Is the god of the wine and of the pleasure.
God Eolo: Is the god of wind.

Robin Hood was a great hero. He lived in Sherwood Forest in England. He was brave and very good. He robbed the rich, and the money is what gave the poor. Robin Hood had four helpers, who were: Little John was the Robin Hood´s deputy. He was tall, strong and king. Friar Tuck was very fat and happy. He loved food. Will Scarlet was Robin Hood´s cousin. He was short and he wasn´t very strong, but he was brave and Maid Marian was Robin Hood´s true love. She was beautiful and brave. Sherwood Forest is a very old and beautiful forest in the centre of England. One tree in the forest - the Major Oak - is about 800 years old. Robin Hood used this tree to hide from the Sheriff of Nottingham.
