Robin Hood was a great hero. He lived in Sherwood Forest in England. He was brave and very good. He robbed the rich, and the money is what gave the poor. Robin Hood had four helpers, who were: Little John was the Robin Hood´s deputy. He was tall, strong and king. Friar Tuck was very fat and happy. He loved food. Will Scarlet was Robin Hood´s cousin. He was short and he wasn´t very strong, but he was brave and Maid Marian was Robin Hood´s true love. She was beautiful and brave. Sherwood Forest is a very old and beautiful forest in the centre of England. One tree in the forest - the Major Oak - is about 800 years old. Robin Hood used this tree to hide from the Sheriff of Nottingham.
